Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Lux Trend. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us first at luxtrendb@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)

We will review your request and provide you with return authorization and instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the item is defective or we made an error, we will cover return shipping costs
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is posted)
  • Contact your bank (processing times vary)
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at luxtrendb@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at luxtrendb@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at luxtrendb@gmail.com with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
