Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
Canada:
- Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10.00 CAD
- Free Shipping (7-14 business days): Free on qualifying orders
- Express Shipping (3-7 business days): $15.00 CAD
United States:
- Standard US Shipping (10-20 business days): $15.00 CAD
- Free US Shipping (10-20 business days): Free on qualifying orders
- Express US Shipping (5-10 business days): $30.00 CAD
United Kingdom:
- Standard International Shipping (15-30 business days): $30.00 CAD
- Express International Shipping (7-15 business days): $50.00 CAD
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking link provided in the email.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Lux Trend is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Lux Trend is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. We may expand to additional countries in the future.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lux Trend is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, and who received the package (if available from the carrier).
If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and your local police department to file a report.
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery or lost packages. Please contact us immediately if you realize you've entered an incorrect shipping address.
